Cómo personalizar el "Notification Bar" en nuestro Galaxy S III


Si eres de los que te pasas buscando la manera de diferenciar tu equipo de los demás, puedes personalizar tu Galaxy S III a tu gusto. En el pasado tutorial te mostramos como crear nuestros propios temas para el Galaxy SIII (ver enlace), en esta ocasión vamos a ver como personalizar el notification bar o como se conoce en español cortina.

Bueno, vamos a comenzar. Que necesitamos?

  • Galaxy S3 versión i9300 con CWM recovery: utilizo el cwm touch 6.0.1.2 (El TWRP no se puede utilizar para aplicar los fondos)
  • Acceso root en el equipo
  • Administrador de archivos (root explorer) por ejemplo
  • Descargar el archivo > UPD_universal_S3.zip
  • Y obviamente el fondo que vayamos a utilizar, pueden utilizar una buena fuente de estos de parte de wiecho65 miembro de xda (preferible utilizar 720 x 1280) > http://www.wuala.com/wiecho65/Wallpapers/ 

* Cabe recalcar que se probo en un Galaxy S III i9300 corriendo en Android 4.1.2


Como lo instalamos


Hacemos un back up de nuestra ROM (importante hacerlo, luego no digas que no te advertimos)

Utilizando root explorer (o el de tu preferencia), buscamos el archivo UPD_universal_S3.zip y lo extraemos [vemos que luego de la extracción nos queda un archivo UPD_universal_S3 en la carpeta / SpeedSoftware / Extracted

Buscamos el fondo que vayamos a utilizar, le cambiamos el nombre a back.png, le damos copiar 
  

y lo pasamos a la carpeta / UPD_universal_S3 / vrtheme / system / app / SystemUI.apk / res / drawable-xhdpi  




Ahora, buscamos la carpeta llamada UPD_Universal_S3 (con la que estamos bregando; que le acabamos de añadir la foto... ahh ok es por si acaso no me estabas siguiendo)

Dejamos presionado la carpeta y escogemos: comprimir como Zip




Ahora, le cambiamos el nombre al zip que creamos, como por ejemplo UPD_chrome_balls_S3.zip


Pasamos el zip folder creado a nuestra sd  y lo flasheamos desde el recovery.

Para instalar este ultimo tema solo tienes que flashear el siguiente archivo >  UPD_chrome_balls_S3.zip
