Manfaat dan Khasiat Ikan Laut bagi Ibu Hamil.

  Bagi ibu hamil, mengkonsumsi ikan laut diyakini mampu  mencerdaskan otak janin yang dikandungnya, Karena ikan laut bermanfaat bagi ibu hamil. Kecerdasan itu akan semakin kelihatan saat anak berusia tiga tahun. Pada sebuah penelitian membuktikan bahwa seorang ibu hamil yang mengkonsumsi ikan laut selama hamil terbukti memiliki anak yang lebih cerdas dan kemampuan motoriknya lebih baik dari pada anak yang semasa dalam kandungan ibu nya tidak mengkonsumsi ikan laut. Ikan laut segar lebih dianjurkan kepada ibu hamil. Tetapi bila tidak ada, ikan kering ataupun ikan yang diawetkan juga bermanfaat dan berkhasiat bagi ibu hamil dan janin yang dikandungnya. Hal itu bisa menjadikan anak yang akan dilahirkan mempunyai kemampuan menyerap kosa kata dan menangkap visual lebih baik dan kemampuan motorik yang lebih baik. Karena ternyata perkembangan otak bayi sangat ditentukan pada saat dia di dalam kandungan. Hal itu terjadi pada saat trisemester kedua masa kehamilan ibu. ...

1. I have to give a loving shout out to my hometown of Marshfield, Ma . I love living in this seaside town...but living near the water has drawbacks during large storms. I am thankful my home and family were all safe during the blizzard this week, but much of my town was under water and a number of people lost their homes due to the storm surge. My thoughts are with them! xo The picture of the beach above is about five minutes from my home. The second picture (below it) was taken yesterday during the high tide. The water literally took over much of the small village area of Brant Rock. I have never seen this area so flooded in my life, the waves were crashing over the seawall and into homes. Thoughts on home - Thanksgiving table update

Hello Loves! Today I'm sharing an update on my Thanksgiving preparations. I've got almost everything in order for the table. I'm purchasing the flowers tomorrow! Mind you this is a table on a "budget", so I'm going to mix a couple different types and bouquets to get a custom look. Here I have shared some common Fall/Thanksgiving bouquets for inspiration......  I am however going to mix my colors up a bit. I was out scouting over the weekend and think I am going to combine the two floral looks below. The orange roses will be deeper and richer in color.  My kids and I also gilded pumpkins yesterday. They loved it and I was really happy with the results! The smaller pumpkins are going to be used as place setting markers and I may guild the stems today.  I am using these dishes on top of my china. Air Asam Dan Ikan Bakar ResepiRaidah

Tidak lengkap kalau makan ikan bakar tanpa air asam.. Penyediaannya amat mudah dan ringkas.. Bahan-bahan: 10 biji cili api** 1 inci belacan** **tumbuk/kisar, jgn terlalu lumat 1 biji bawang besar ~ belah 2 dan dihiris 1 biji tomato ~ dipotong dadu 2-3 biji cili api ~ dihiris Air asam jawa secukupnya 1 biji limau kasturi ~ belah 2 Sedikit garam dan gula secukup rasa. Cara penyediaan: 1. Didalam mangkuk/bekas, satukan bahan yg telah ditumbuk/kisar, bawang besar, tomato, cili hiris dan air asam jawa(air asam jawa letak sedikit2). 2. IKAN KERAPU MASAK ASAM SAMA NENAS...

  Assalammualaikum, salam Rabu. Entri pertama untuk hari ni cm letak resipi ikan kerapu masak asam sama nenas. Nama macam lain, tapi sebenarnya asam pedas saja. Ini kali petama cm masak asam ikan kerapu. Kebetulan masa pergi ke pasar di Simpang Renggam semalam, cm nampak ada jual ikan kerapa yang telah dipotong2. Jadi cm beli 1/4 bahagian kepala dan 3 keping potongan isinya. Balik tu cm masak asam, campur dengan nenas, cm guna nenas Sarawak yang anda sedia maklum memang manis bersari sangat2. Tak letak banyak, dalam 1/2 biji, sebab saiz nenas tu agak besar. Boleh saja nak guna nenas madu atau morris, tapi pastikan yang manis, kalau tidak masak asam anda agak kurang sedap. Resipi tetap sama walaupun ada sedikit perbezaan dari bahan2nya dan anda boleh juga buat INI untuk digandingkan dengan ikan kerapu masak asam...mesti ngam!!..... Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera...   Bersua lagi kita hari ini.  Resepi kali ni ala2 hidangan barat atau western la pulak ye.... tapi jangan marah.. sebab masih berasaskan ikan! hihihi... Dok belek2 isian dalam peti ais ku yang semakin hari semakin sendat... risau sebab aku tak suka membazir.  Kalau boleh biarlah kesemuanya dapat aku masak atau gunakan & hidangkan pada keluarga.  Tak baik membazir kan?  Tapi kadang2 tu.. ada juga bahan yang terbuang dek kerana ketiadaan masa nak mengerjakannya.  Bila terjadi macam tu.. hati rasa bersalah sangat.
