HTD Logo Go here to read Day 39 of Hero Tower Defense Thursday. Play Hero Tower Defense! Hope you all had a good holiday weekend! We were all a bit busy visiting with family and such so no game update this week. However, we have been making good progress with all the revising we have going on. The graphics are moving along and the revised interface is just about finished so we should be able to release a new update next week. There's still some tweaking to do but overall it should be a big improvement over what we currently have which is mostly a bunch of placeholders. Some of you have commented on how it felt clunky and a bit confusing and that's definitely one of things we've addressed. This new set up should make all the menu screens much easier

I not only love pinterest for its great boards and storage capabilities. It's also an amazing way to get a sense of a client's vision and tastes. It makes my day when my client is thrilled with a presentation and says "you nailed it", as one did last week. For my own boards, I love how a pattern emerges for my own style. It's never intentional. I have thousands of pins but when I was looking at my architectural/exterior boards, I noticed I'd pinned over a dozen all white houses. I love the clean lines and timelessness of an all white house. Here's a few from my boards. On my own house I would pop the front door with a bright color. If you have shutters they could be painted, white or black. I think both look beautiful depending on the look you are going for.  I think this could be my dream house! I love the approach, warm lighting and the clean white lines. I would need a green flat patch of grass someplace, but this house is gorgeous. I snapped this shot

Hey guys this will be short and sweet, it's memorial day weekend here in the United States which means everybody is relaxing and not working. Including us! Dan was out for the week end, I barely touched the computer and I'm assuming the artist also did as they pleased. Progress is happening for PTD2 1v1 mode. I know a lot of you have been waiting and waiting and waiting but we are pretty close. If nothing else goes wrong (It did.. Whoo hoo, we're finally kicking off the summer!! It's my favorite time of year and just perfect for bright, fun, saturated colors! I think I'll be whipping up this tasty concoction over the weekend, it's called the sunshine dazzler. How great is that? Sunshine Dazzler 1 part vodka 1 part fresh OJ 1 part fresh mango juice 2 parts dry champagne lots of ice orange slices Mix ingredients in a pitcher adding champagne last & give a quick stir. Immediately serve over ice. We think this one is straw worthy.

HTD Logo Go here to read Day 38 of Hero Tower Defense Thursday. Play Hero Tower Defense! Just a short post this week while we continue to chug away at the next release which should be coming soon. Another benefit of the new graphics system is that it will allow us to more easily add additional playable races. Before it meant an exponential amount of more work when adding armor because of all the additional frames required for the new race. Now, since it's in 3D, it's just a little extra work fitting it to the model of the new race and then rendering out all the necessary frames accordingly. So, what this means is we have a lot more flexibility with what sort of playable races we can put into the game since the workload is far less significant. This wor

Crew and grab this one before it's gone. I'm also loving the red boat neck on their site right now. Striped tops and white jeans will basically be my uniform this summer! I love that I can mix in all types of jewelry with these classic staples..I hope to be return later with a longer, juicer post! xx.

via: Elle Decor I don't know an interior designer that doesn't have an artist or designer that they admire. I have a few but one that absolutely makes the list is Lulu DK . I always love and often use her textile designs.(I just placed an order for one of her fabrics last week) Her creative collages, paintings and interiors are amazing too. I just read this morning that she was in Boston in April. I'm so sorry I missed the opportunity to meet her! Her new children's line for Schumacher looks adorable. I'll being using it as soon as I can. I never tire of looking at a good thing. Her home in California is the perfect mix of laid back luxe!! I love it and want a similar feel for my new home. California style cottages are hard to come by in Boston! Let's take another peek shall we..... I LOVE her home. A California style cottage would be my dream home! Sam here giving you the weekly update for Sam and Dan Games. I just released a new alpha version of Pokemon Tower Defense 2. This release doesn't give you anything to play but it does reveal the subtitle for the game! Drum-roll please!...... Pokemon Tower Defense 2: Johto's Shadow! I think this game will be slightly more darker than the previous one. I will still have funny moments and all the colorful stuff but I think the characters will be put into more dangerous situations than the last. But overall it will still be rated E for everyone so you don't have to worry about it.

I love this time of year. The weather is finally warming up in Boston. It doesn't get be much then dining outside with amazing friends, wine and good food. My friend is coming over Thursday night with her kiddies, our children will run around the yard while we sip wine. I've decided that I'm going to make Avocado and grilled corn salad. It's delicious. I'll most likely serve it with a side salad, with some grilled chicken and a crusty french bread. Dessert is going to be ice cream sandwiches. If you're pinched for time and can't make the homemade version just purchase cookies from your local bakery and fill them with your favorite ice cream or sorbet.
