GAME MANIA

I'll be running off in a few to style for a photoshoot, on a beautiful project that I have been working on. I CANNOT wait to share it with you all - but not until I post the gorgeous new home of Nate Berkus, Nate's husband Jeremiah Brent and their adorable daughter, Poppy! It's a glorious 1928 Spanish Colonial style located in L.A. It is, of course, perfectly appointed with a mix of vintage and new furniture. Read and see more of Nate's home here . All images via Architectural Digest.  Although bonkers, I LOVE the week leading up to Christmas. I'm going to try to make it as magical for my children as possible. Seriously? This entire shot is beyond adorable. I'll just hang out in here all day!

Oh how I would love a cabana and pool like this Ruthie Sommer's design right now.It's hot here, crazy hot really, so this is going to be a quick post. I reside in an old house, most houses in the North-East don't have a.c., and mine happens to be one of them {well one window unit upstairs - but that's it} so it's unbearable to sit in front of my computer right now..Have a great day - keep cool!

stealing a moment in a warm sunny place..It's about this time of year {every year} that I start to get the winter blahs.....I love the retro feel of the pink umbrella above. In fact I love almost all of Santa Barbara Designs umbrella's.. I would love to have a beach bungalow in a place like the Bahamas someday! I imagine my space would be fresh, clean and "under decorated". {think Tom Scheerer's beach spaces} {isn't day dreaming fun?} The pure simplicity of this gorgeous outdoor dining spot is magical!

Because Boston has been feeling more like balmy Florida this week, I couldn't resist sharing some d ivine pool images.... Ohh , to reside by the ocean with this beauty in my backyard... Love the sculptural hedge, the organic curve of the pool in contrast with the graphic striped awning, the luscious lawn, need I say more? Stay Cool......................
